JONATHAN BLOCH OF GKM VENTURES JOINS SYNTRICITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Brings experience in managing and financing innovative technology ventures

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA, June 20, 2006 – Syntricity Inc., a provider of enterprise yield management (EYM) software for the semiconductor industry, today announced that Jonathan Bloch, managing director of GKM Ventures, has joined its board of directors. Bloch will replace Jeff Teza, who is leaving after previously serving as CEO and on the Syntricity board.

Bloch brings his experience of building numerous early-stage and pre-IPO technology related investments. Prior to GKM Ventures, he was managing director of the Technology Group at Chanin Capital Partners where he specialized in corporate finance and principal investing.

Bloch is a former partner in the law firm of Wyman, Bautzer, Rothman, Kuchel & Silbert. He received his BA degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his JD from the University of San Diego School of Law. Presently, he is a director at Advanced Data Exchange, Santa Monica Amusements LLC, Silicon Bandwidth (observer status), Oxford Semiconductor (observer status), and a member of the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Hospital.
