

A.C. D’Augustine, joined Syntricity in 2000 and was appointed Chairman of the Board effective October 2004. D’Augustine brings over forty years of senior management experience in the semiconductor technology system and software industries to the Syntricity management team. Prior to joining Syntricity, D’Augustine held various senior management positions in companies that include Texas Instruments, Applied Micro Circuits Corporation, and Brooktree. D'Augustine holds a BSEE from Drexel University and an MBA from Rutgers University.
Steven
Griffith, joined Syntricity in 1997 as a co-founder, and was appointed President
and CEO effective December 2008. Griffith brings over twenty years of diversified
semiconductor industry experience to Syntricity’s management team. Prior
to co-founding Syntricity, Griffith held positions at Rockwell Corporation, Brooktree
Corporation and Unisys Corporation, where he was closely involved with development
of software technologies for semiconductor product and test engineers. In addition
to holding a patent at Syntricity for storing, retrieving, and analyzing characterization
data, Griffith co-authored "1001 Java Programmer's Tips" in 1996. Griffith
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of
Business Administration, from San Diego State University.
Clara
Leonida was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Syntricity Inc. effective September
2005. Leonida brings over twenty years of senior management experience in finance
and accounting to the Syntricity management team. Prior to joining Syntricity,
Leonida served as CFO for Z Microsystems, Director of Finance and Medical Economics
for FHP Healthcare (acquired by PacifiCare), and other finance positions for
Braun Thermoscan, Brooktree, and Applied Micro Circuits Corporation. Leonida
is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA in Accounting from the University
of West Florida, a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois, and an MBA
from San Diego State University.
Klaus
Riedel was appointed Vice President of Sales of Syntricity Inc. effective March 2009. Riedel served as an Area Sales Engineer and Area Sales Manager for Syntricity from 2000-2005 and brings over nineteen years of semiconductor and software sales experience to the Syntricity management team. Riedel is an expert in enterprise yield management deployment. In addition to Syntricity, Riedel has held positions at Motorola SPS, Cadence Design Systems, Wireless Valley (acquired by Motorola), and Cognio Inc. (acquired by Cisco) where he played an active role in product design, sales and deployment. Riedel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Austin.
