M. David Titus is Managing Partner of Windward Ventures. Prior to founding Windward Ventures, David Titus was a General Partner and Managing Director of Corporate Finance for Technology Funding, a $250 million venture capital firm, where he was responsible for directing all new investment activity from 1988 through 1992. Mr. Titus was also a co-founder and Senior Vice President of Silicon Valley Bank, a highly successful bank with headquarters in Santa Clara, California. He is currently a director of one public company (Shaman) and several private companies. Mr. Titus has a BA from University of California, Santa Barbara.
