Anadigics Implements Enterprise Yield Management System Using Syntricity’s dataConductor.com

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA, March 18, 2008 – Syntricity Inc. announced today that ANADIGICS, Inc., Warren NJ, has successfully implemented an enterprise yield management system using Syntricity’s dataConductor™ software suite. The ANADIGICS’ system incorporates Syntricity’s Advanced Monitoring for Production (AMP™) application and Power User Suite to create an integrated environment for new product introduction and production monitoring. Using AMP, ANADIGICS’ executives, managers and engineers are able to generate web-based reports to determine status, identify and resolve potential production issues. For new device characterization and rapid root cause problem identification, engineers easily navigate from AMP to the extensive Power User analytics suite.

Using Syntricity’s dataConductor.com Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model, ANADIGICS directly uploads data from their global supply chain including epi wafer manufacturers, wafer fabrication facilities and assembly, and test suppliers. Several gigabytes of engineering and manufacturing execution system (MES) data is uploaded every day and automatically inserted into a centralized data warehouse, making more than half a terabyte of information immediately available to management and engineers. Accessed through a web browser, dataConductor.com provides companies of all sizes access to a completely manageable, reliable and secure EYM system scalable to 10’s of gigabytes per day of uploaded data and multiple terabytes directly accessible on-line.
